+OAuth用のclient idとsecret idを取得するために次のページにアクセスする．
--https://console.developers.google.com
+「プロジェクトを作成」する．
+「OAuth同意画面」でUser Typeを「内部」または「外部」にして「作成」する．
+「認証情報」ペインに戻り，「＋認証情報を作成」し，「OAuthクライアントIDの作成」を選ぶ．
+「有効なAPIとサービス」で「＋APIとサービスを有効にする」を押し，「Gmail API」を検索して有効にする．
+「OAuth同意画面」で「公開ステータス」の「アプリを公開」を押して公開する．または「対象」ペインで公開．
